•    GCCA Manuals - Includes the Commodity Storage Manual, a unique source of valuable information on the proper scientific storage procedures, relative humidities and other data on approximately 250 different food products. Every paper in the manual is reviewed and updated by scientific authorities every three years or less. The Q&A Manual contains answers to 1,500 specific questions from past Q&A Bulletins indexed by subject for quick reference.

•    WFLO Institute - The WFLO Institute and other educational programs are held in North America, Europe, and appropriate locations around the world. These programs offer a forum for training in state-of-the art food preservation techniques and business practices.

•    IARW-WFLO-IRTA Annual Convention and Trade Show - The Annual Convention and Trade Show is held jointly with the International Association of Refrigerated Warehouses (IARW) and the International Refrigerated Transportation Association (IRTA). The convention brings together industry representatives, scientific and academic members, experts and authorities, and key industry vendors for a week of invaluable networking and education.

The Council keeps members informed on research and industry trends, recommends and advises on WFLO funded research projects, and contributes to WFLO manuals and bulletins.
